Treatment method of oilfield waste drilling fluid:
polyaluminum chloride solution is added into the primary treatment fluid to make the particles in the primary treatment fluid destabilize and agglomerate to form a secondary treatment fluid. The concentration of polyaluminum chloride in the secondary treatment fluid is 4 ~ 6%;
Then the non-ionic polyacrylamide solution is added into the secondary treatment liquid to form a three-stage treatment solution. The concentration of Polyacrylamide in the third-stage treatment liquid is 0.6-1.4 ‰, so that the flocculated suspended solids in the third-stage treatment liquid can quickly agglomerate into large groups;
The three-stage treatment liquid is transported to the centrifuge to separate the sediment and liquid. The separated sediment is stored in the nature in a deep buried way; the separated liquid is further neutralized, coagulated, oxidized, and then coagulated to separate the small particles;
Finally, the separated liquid passes through the purification device of ceramic membrane integrated system to make it meet the discharge standard.

1、This product is non-toxic. It should be moisture-proof and rainproof to avoid sunlight exposure.
2、The particle size of the product is 20-80 mesh, which can also be produced according to the requirements of users.
3、The product is lined with plastic bags, and the outer layer is made of plastic laminated woven bags, 25kg / bag and 1000kg / bag.
